Brian Brazeau is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Prior to joining Boyle Shaughnessy Law, Brian was a law clerk at a civil defense firm in Boston, where he worked on insurance coverage and defense matters. Brian is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire.
Brian received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk University Law School, Brian served as Executive Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. His piece, Indirect Harassment in the 21st Century: Cyberullying, Harassment Telephone Laws, and New Ways of Interpreting the 1st Amendment, was published by the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy in his third year of law school. Brian also received the Suffolk University Jurisprudence Award in Property Law in his first year of law school. Finally, Brian clerked for two mid-sized law firms while in law school, gaining exposure to both prosecution and defense work.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at the College of the Holy Cross. While at the College of the Holy Cross, Brian studied political science and Italian.
