Edward “Ted” Sisk is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. His practice is focused on premises liability, construction defect and accident litigation, wrongful death claims, and complex tort litigation.
Prior to joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Ted worked at large defense firm in Boston, where his practice concentrated on civil litigation and general liability claims.
Ted received his law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, and earned academic distinction as a New England Scholar. While in law school, Ted served as a judicial intern at Suffolk Superior Court in Boston, where he provided material support in connection with numerous civil and criminal trials. Ted also served as the Executive Comment and Note Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement, and was also a fellow at the school’s Center for Business Law, where he worked as a student editor and research assistant on a faculty-authored casebook regarding Business Organizations. Publications include “Technical Difficulties: Protecting Privacy Rights in the Digital Age,” 42 New Eng. J. on Crim. & Civ. Confinement 101.
Ted received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2011.
