Kathleen W. Reiser

Focus | Civil Litigation

Kathleen W. Reiser is an Associate in the Hartford office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law.  She focuses on civil litigation in the State Courts of Connecticut. Her areas of practices include a concentration in personal injury, insurance law, premise liability and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, she focused her practice on special education law where she represented families with children with special needs.

Kathleen received her Juris Doctor from the University Of Connecticut School of Law, where she received the CALI Excellence for Trial Advocacy, Negotiations, and Law and Public Education, as well as receiving Distinguished Academic Achievement in the areas of Legal Skills I and Civil Procedure II.

Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts, from the College of the Holy Cross, where she studied Political Science.  While at Holy Cross, Kathleen spent a semester at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland studying International Relations.
