Kevin W. Buono

Kevin Buono is an Associate in the Worcester office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. His practice is focused on insurance defense, consumer protection claims, and complex tort litigation.

Before joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Kevin was a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Kevin is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Kevin graduated cum laude from New England School of Law, where he served as an editor of the New England Law Review. While in law school, Kevin prosecuted criminal cases as a Student Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a clinical intern in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He was also a judicial intern at both the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals.

Kevin attended American University’s School of Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., where he received a B.A. in political science.
