Laura M. Share

Laura M. Share is an Associate in the Hartford and Norwalk offices of Boyle Shaughnessy Law. She focuses on civil litigation in the State Courts of Connecticut. Her areas of practice are motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at a boutique law firm based in Massachusetts where she focused her practice on insurance defense work. Prior to working there, she was an associate at a Connecticut law firm where she represented inmates in habeas corpus proceedings and civil litigation stemming from conditions of confinement. Prior to working there, she represented municipalities, corporations, and individuals in foreclosure and summary process matters. Attorney Share also worked as an appointed special education impartial hearing officer for the Connecticut State Department of Education where she presided over administrative prehearing conferences and hearings.
Laura received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she was awarded with Excellence in Clinical Work. While in law school, Laura interned at the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center and at the Division of Public Defender Services.
Laura received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Union College, where she studied Political Science. While at Union College, Laura interned at the Foundation for Education Reform and taught high school students in Barbados, where she also conducted a study on reading comprehension.
