Lindsey Peterson is an Associate in the Boston office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Prior to joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Lindsey was an Associate at a general practice law office in South Carolina. Lindsey is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire.
Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law, where she received CALI Excellence Awards for Insurance, Legal Research Analysis & Writing, and Pleadings & Practice. While in law school, Lindsey served as the Student Works Editor of the Charleston Law Review and was a member of the MUSC Dr. Raymond S. Greenberg Presidential Scholars Program. Lindsey competed in three national appellate moot court competitions, where her team has won an award for second best petitioner’s brief and placed in the semifinals.
Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
