Zachary H. Valentine is an Associate at the Providence office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, where his practice is concentrated in civil and commercial litigation. He also served as an extern to Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and President of the Intellectual Property Law Association.
Zachary graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams in May 2016, and, in August 2016, he began working for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department. During his time as a judicial law clerk, Zachary was assigned to the Out-County Business Calendar, where he worked closely with the Honorable Brian P. Stern on many complex business disputes and insolvencies. Zachary was also assigned to the Kent County Criminal Trial Calendar, where he worked with the Honorable Brian P. Stern on a number of criminal matters, including three prominent murder trials.
