Garrison Harte is an Associate in the Hartford, Connecticut office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has successfully represented clients in a broad spectrum of defense matters, including legal malpractice, personal injury, property damage, employment disputes, and plaintiff-side subrogation claims.
Garrison’s practice spans all phases of litigation, from early investigation and discovery strategy to dispositive motion practice and trial preparation. He is experienced in managing complex fact patterns, evaluating risk exposure, and developing litigation strategies tailored to his clients’ goals. His ability to identify procedural defenses and utilize motion practice to limit or eliminate claims has led to numerous early and favorable resolutions for our clients.
He has appeared in every Superior Court in Connecticut and has represented a wide range of clients, including individual professionals, small businesses, insurers, and large corporate entities. In addition to his litigation work, Garrison collaborates closely with clients on case strategy, potential settlement evaluations, and trial readiness.
