Overview
Madeline Paquette is an Associate in the Braintree, MA office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Her practice focuses on insurance law, coverage, and defense litigation, where she represents insurance companies in the evaluation and resolution of complex coverage matters and liability claims. Madeline’s work involves providing strategic counsel to insurers on coverage issues, defending insureds in a range of civil matters, and ensuring efficient, results-driven representation.
Before joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Madeline gained valuable experience handling real estate transactions, which strengthened her understanding of property law and contractual relationships—skills she now applies in her insurance defense practice.
Madeline is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the State of Rhode Island.
Madeline graduated from the University of Massachusetts School of Law magna cum laude, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association, was a staff editor for the UMass Law Review, and worked as a student attorney in the UMass Mashpee Wampanoag Clinic. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts – Boston.
