Overview
Christina Nguyen (Tina) is an Associate in the Hartford office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Since joining the firm, she has represented clients during all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial. Her clientele includes corporations, insurance companies, law firms, and individuals.
Tina tailors her defense strategy to each client’s needs and objectives whether the client desires early resolution through informal settlement negotiations and mediation or prefers to proceed to trial.
Prior to focusing on litigation, Tina worked in corporate law. Her work included advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, drafting transactional documents, and conducting in-house due diligence investigations. Her most recent in-house role involved collaborating with software engineers and corporate counsel to create an artificial intelligence program designed to interpret, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
