Overview
Elizabeth M. Boucher is an associate in the Worcester office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Elizabeth’s practice concentrates in civil litigation, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, 93A bad faith litigation, MSHA administrative appeals and compliance, and land use litigation and zoning compliance.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
In addition to his work at Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Elizabeth is a voting member and clerk of the City of Leominster, Massachusetts Zoning Board of Appeals.
Before joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Elizabeth attended New York Law School where she interned for the New York City Police Department and Venable LLP.
Elizabeth is an avid runner and is a member of the North Medford Running Club and the Run 4 Fun Club.
