Overview
Eric P. Phythyon is an Associate in the Hartford office of Boyle Shaughnessy Law.
Eric received his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. During his time at Quinnipiac, Eric was an avid member of the Mock Trial Society, competing in four interscholastic competitions. In his role as the Vice President – External Affairs of the Quinnipiac Mock Trial Society, Eric drafted the 2024 Quinnipiac University Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition fact pattern, which was then utilized by the competing advocates during the competition. Academically, Eric graduated in the top third of his class. During law school, Eric gained valuable courtroom experience with the Waterbury State’s Attorney, and has experience in the fields of civil tort litigation, criminal law, and data privacy.
Eric graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, with a B.A. in Political Science, and a B.S. in Labor & Employment Relations. Additionally, Eric was a member of the Schreyer Honors College, and was named a Paterno Fellow.
