Michelle L. Fotev

Michelle L. Fotev is an Associate in the Braintree, MA office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Michelle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. During her time in law school, Michelle donated hundreds of hours providing pro-bono legal services, as well as utilized her 3.03 Certified Student Attorney status to represent clients for the school’s Human Rights at Home Clinic.
Michelle found her passion for litigation while representing clients in family court and then while working as a law clerk for a local in-house corporate litigation team. She continued building her litigation skills while practicing at a local subrogation firm before accepting a position with Boyle | Shaughnessy Law.
Prior to law school, Michelle gained significant investigative experience during her tenure as a law enforcement professional.
