Overview

Patrick Lorman is an Associate in the Manchester, NH office of Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. His practice is concentrated in litigation concerning business disputes, construction defects, employment, professional licensing and liability.

Pat has represented clients in civil litigation throughout New Hampshire from pre-suit matters, through discovery, motion practice, dispositive motions, mediation, trial, and appeal. Pat also has extensive experience handling matters before state and federal administrative agencies including both the NH and US Department of Labor, and the NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC), having successfully represented architects, electricians, pharmacists and nurses.

Prior to joining Boyle | Shaughnessy Law, Pat worked in a law firm handling civil litigation in state and federal courts, administrative matters, and professional licensure defense. Pat also spent time in the insurance industry managing long-tail complex environmental claims from inception, coverage, litigation, and settlement or trial.

Pat received his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and served as a teaching assistant for Pre-Trial Practice. Pat received his Bachelor of Arts from The State University of New York at Albany where he majored in History with a minor in Physics.

Pat is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire.

He lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his wife and three children.
