Overview
Victoria Taravella is an Associate at Boyle | Shaughnessy Law. Admitted to practice in Vermont and New Hampshire.
Victoria has experience assisting clients in all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, from pre-suit matters, through discovery, motions, mediation, and trials. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked for a Vermont real estate firm.
Victoria’s practice is concentrated in litigation, transportation- related accidents, premises liability, product liability, construction defects, professional negligence, and other complex matters.
Victoria received her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While in law school, Victoria served as a research assistant for NOAA and as a Student Advocate in the school’s Housing Clinic. She also participated extensively in student government. Victoria completed numerous internships during law school, including a local power company and the Department of the Interior, Mineral Division. Victoria received her B.A. in English Literature, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Florida.
Outside of the firm, Victoria has served in her community’s Selectboard as well as being an active member and past president of the Rotary club. Previously, Victoria served as a member of the School Board as well.
