Boyle | Shaughnessy shareholder, David Bae, successfully defended a Massachusetts State Police Sergeant at a jury trial in Federal Court. The plaintiff alleged that the Sergeant violated the plaintiff’s Federal and State Constitutional rights and assaulted the plaintiff with a firearm.  After a week long trial, the jury returned a verdict in the Sergeant’s favor.
