Attorney Laura Devine prevailed on a partial motion for summary judgment based on a contractual indemnification provision. The Worcester Superior Court (Massachusetts) ordered a co-defendant, snow plow contractor, to provide defense and indemnity to our convenience store client. The court also ordered the co-defendant to pay the defense costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by our client from the date of the first tender letter.
